InCharge Achieves Orlando Sentinel Top Workplaces Honor, Second Year in a Row
InCharge Debt Solutions was honored as one of the Top Workplaces in Orlando in 2023, for the second straight year.
“The team works really hard to foster a vibrant, caring and inclusive workplace. We’re proud to receive this award and look forward to improve on this strong foundation,” remarked Loretta Roney, CEO and President of InCharge.
The Top Workplace award is based on employee feedback gathered by Energage, a nationally recognized research firm that rates 15 culture drivers critical to an organization’s success.
The 24-question survey measures management’s success at responding to critical areas of business such as employee development, making employees feel appreciated, making work meaningful, pay/benefits, leadership, and job performance.
“We’ve identified our people as central to our mission. We’ve recently launched an employee engagement committee and we’re working on an company-wide volunteer program. As we work to transform our workplace culture, it feels great to be recognized,” shared Loretta.
Energage’s surveys are built around 17 years of culture research involving 70,000 organizations. The company delivers the most accurate, competitive benchmarks for helping companies and employees gain recognition.
“Earning a Top Workplace award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” Eric Rubino, Energage CEO, said. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces does this, and it pays dividends.”
