Loretta Roney, President & CEO

Loretta Roney heads a staff of professionals dedicated to delivering personalized debt solutions through innovative in-person, online and telephone counseling programs.   Her passion is focused on providing quality and high-touch financial education resources to individuals and communities around the United States.

Previous to joining InCharge, Loretta has spent most of her 23-year career in the financial services industry serving as a CEO in the credit union space.  Loretta achieved her undergraduate degree from Central Methodist University where she majored in Accounting and minored in Criminal Justice.  Loretta later went on to obtain her MBA from William Woods University. In 2019, she was named a Most Influential Woman by the Springfield Business Journal.

Loretta has a history of serving the communities in which she lives and works, including board of director and volunteer roles for the United Way of the Ozarks, Borrow My Angel, Burrell Foundation Advisory Board, Friends of Springfield Fire, Child Advocacy Center and Managed Financial Networks.

Michael Leon, Vice President of Operations

Michael Leon has over 20 years of experience as a call center leader and heads up the organization’s counseling, customer service, and training teams. He is leading implementation on several enterprise projects to improve customer engagement and satisfactions, including Omnichannel, Workforce Management (WFM), and Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions.

Previously, Mr. Leon served as Director of Contact Center Operations at American Safety Council, and before that as General Manager at Anthem Tax Service.  He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Western Governor’s University.Mr. Leon loves working with his team to develop new ways to help people achieve their financial goals.  It brings him great joy to make a difference in the lives of others.
